In honor of the life and service of Lieutenant James “Bryan” White of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered that the flags of the United States and the state of Ohio be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout Madison and Clark counties and at all Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation facilities on December 9.
