The Deutsche Bahn, together with the two state railways in Norway and Denmark, intends to establish a direct connection from Berlin up to Scandinavia. From the summer of 2028, trains run via Hamburg, Copenhagen, Malmö and Gothenburg to the Norwegian capital Oslo.
