CHASKA, Minn. — Kate Smith-Stroh, a five-time state high school champion from Detroit Lakes, came back from an opening-round 80 to shoot 77 on Friday but missed the cut at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship after shooting 13-over-par for the first two rounds.
