The prosecution will look into the case of police intervention against KO MP Kinga Gajewska. Law enforcers were expected to commit three offences, according to her lawyer Jack Dubois.

“I will file a complaint against unlawful detention, but I will also submit a notice to the National Prosecutor's Office for abuse of powers, unlawful deprivation of liberty and violation of bodily integrity in the performance of her duties as an MP in her constituency,” said Kinga Gajewska in an interview with Onet.
