Officials of the Manacor National Police have arrested a Spanish citizen as an alleged perpetrator of a crime of ill-treatment, breaking and extortion, allegedly for abusing his partner and locking her up to force her to sign the delivery of a property and a vehicle. The victim reported that the individual had her chained to a bed and that he assaulted her and shaved her hair.
