For the third time in eight years, the city assembly refused to reduce the salaries of the administration, despite the recommendations of the State Audit Institution (DRI). The decision to change the coefficients on the basis of which wages are paid was not adopted at the session on Tuesday, July 21, because the majority of government councilors abstained - 42 of them, while the opposition did not even participate in the vote.
