Despite being acquitted, former Kitchener neurologist Jeffrey Sloka can't practice as a physician

Last week, an Ontario judge found former Kitchener neurologist Jeffrey Sloka not guilty on 48 counts of sexual assault. Despite that decision, Sloka can't practice as a physician. That's because he agreed never to apply or reapply for registration as a physician in Ontario or any other jurisdiction when he had his license revoked in 2019.
