Deputy finds fentanyl near driver's seat during traffic stop in Ocala

Matthew Roy Amsden, Sr. was arrested after a traffic stop for an expired registration decal led to the arrest of a 39-year-old Ocala man. A small plastic baggie containing a gray rock-like substance was located next to the emergency brake, in-between the driver's seat and front passenger seat. The substance was fentanyl, and it later field-tested positive for the drug.
