BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Berkeley County deputies arrested a Goose Creek man Tuesday after a concerned citizen's tip led them to discover an alleged dogfighting operation. Quentin Roderick Reid Quentin Roderick Reid, 42, of Reese Court, is charged with 50 counts of rabies control chapter violation and 49 counts of ill treatment of animals with torture.
