Demi Lovato Cancels 5 Shows, Pushes Back Start of Tour to 'Protect Health'
Demi Lovato canceled five tour dates and delayed the kickoff to build more rest time, aiming to complete their 18-date U.S. and Canada tour starting April 13.
- On Tuesday, Feb. 10, Demi Lovato announced they canceled five shows in Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Denver to protect their health.
- In an Instagram Story, Lovato said `To protect my health, and ensure I can give you my all at each show, I need to build in more time to rest and rehearse.` She has long spoken about struggles with sobriety, eating disorders, and mental health, and said she had been to inpatient treatment five times.
- The tour will now begin in Orlando, Florida, on April 13, replacing the canceled Charlotte kickoff, and special guest ADÁLA will join the U.S. and Canada run through May.
- Ticketmaster and AXS will automatically refund affected buyers, while fans who used resellers must contact their points of purchase, Lovato wrote, `I am so sad to say that I will no longer be able to see you on this tour.`
- First announced in late October, the 18-date trek supports Lovato's 2025 album It's Not That Deep, which topped Billboard's Top Dance Albums chart.
