DELTA — April showers Saturday morning didn’t stop the crowds as the Delta Maple Syrup Festival hosted family and friends for the 58th year.

The sap may have ended its run a few weeks ago but the celebration of all things maple continues, with Clarington and Durham Region honouring the sweetest of syrups at Maple Fest, taking over downtown Bowmanville May 3.
