DELL RAPIDS, S.D. — Voters in and around Dell Rapids will now be voting in separate places in an effort to reduce wait times and possible ballot issues. Minnehaha County and the City of Dell Rapids have announced changes to voting precincts in an effort to separate city voters and rural voters.
