- A single-window system will streamline construction approvals, while authorities will renovate dilapidated flats over 50 years old and remove most building height restrictions to facilitate development.
- Aligned with the Viksit Bharat@2047 vision, the strategy mandates preservation of 180 sq km of Yamuna floodplains and Ridge area, ensuring sustainable urban development alongside economic expansion.

The Master Plan for Delhi-2047 was notified on Thursday, setting out a 20-year framework for housing, redevelopment, transport and urban expansion in the national capital.
