Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expects the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to provide concrete solutions and proposals regarding mobilization, contract service, and the rotation of military personnel.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the newly appointed head of the department Yevhenii Khmara to the staff of the Ministry of Defense and defined for him the tasks of mobilization and cooperation with the Armed Forces.
The head of state expects "real solutions" from the ministry and the armed forces. The Ministry of Defense must provide "real proposals" for changes to mobilization. It must become "more humane," RBC-Ukraine reports, citing a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
