Defense challenges legality of Bourne contempt-of-court case

WOODLAND — The attorney representing Davis school board candidate Beth Bourne in her pending contempt-of-court case filed a demurrer Monday challenging the legal sufficiency of the Yolo County District Attorney’s criminal complaint.
