Levar Allen, 41, pleaded guilty to five counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and four counts of trafficking in cocaine, all fifth-degree felonies, according to a news release from the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office. Allen was also convicted of one count of possession of a counterfeit controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
