December 29, 2025 – iPhone Fold rumors, Mac bugs
- Last week, Jon Prosser published a video on his FPT YouTube channel revealing detailed renders and specs for the rumored iPhone Fold, set to debut in fall 2026 alongside iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
- Following Apple’s July lawsuit, Jon Prosser, YouTuber/leaker, faces claims of publishing confidential iOS 26 and Liquid Glass details, allegedly working with Michael Ramacciotti, product analyst and video editor, and Ethan Lipnik, former Apple employee.
- According to the leak, iPhone Fold features a 5.5-inch cover display with a hole-punch camera, a 7.8-inch main display, measures about 9 millimeters closed with 4.5 millimeters per half, and shows an oblong dual-camera rear housing with four cameras.
- In the premium market, the iPhone Fold is reported to cost between $2,000 and $2,500, which critics say tests consumer willingness to pay and mirrors higher-priced Android foldables.
- Technical questions remain on minimizing the crease along the fold, under-display camera use is unclear, and Prosser’s 7.8-inch main display compares to the iPad Mini, while leaks dispute the external display size.
