During Emmanuel Macron's visit to China in early December, Air Liquide announced an investment of approximately €25 million to electrify an oxygen-producing air gas separation unit (ASU). Built in Yulin, Shaanxi province in the north of the country, this facility is currently steaming. This contract is an extension of a long-term partnership in 2008 with Kaiyue, a subsidiary of Yanchang oil group, for the supply of gas.
