Decades-old I-5 concrete roadway between Lacey and DuPont scheduled for replacement in August

Crews will remove deteriorating panels and pour new concrete, with lane closures and a 45 mph speed limit in the work zone.

Travelers should be on the lookout for orange signs, cones and flashing lights announcing lane closures starting in August as work begins to repair areas of Interstate 5 between Lacey and DuPont.
