The Ethical Standards Command (ESC) is investigating the death of a man at the Brisbane City Watchhouse on 20 July. A 55-year-old Thornlands man was arrested at a Thornlands residence at 10.50am on 17 July in relation to a return to prison warrant and was transported to the Brisbane City Watchhouse.
