Police last August found three dead ducks, one dead cat and multiple living animals inside a now-condemned Cumberland County home, according to court documents filed this week charging three people with animal cruelty.Enola residents Dale Noles, 53, Madalynn Geibe, 19, and Jennifer Welsh, 35, were charged with multiple counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals and neglect of animals.
