DC Mayor Toughens Summer Curfew After 20 Teens Charged with Fireworks Offenses

WASHINGTON D.C., JUL 8 – The new curfew targets minors aged 13 to 17 and led to 23 arrests over the first weekend, including five for fireworks offenses, police reported.
