DayOne Data Centers files for US IPO
On Monday, DayOne Data Centers Limited filed for a U.S. IPO, seeking to capitalize on investor demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure.
The Singapore-headquartered firm is part of a broader wave of data center operators pursuing public listings in 2026, alongside competitors Switch and London-based Nscale.
Filing documents reveal DayOne may seek to raise up to $5 billion at a $20 billion valuation, while reporting revenue of $512 million for the first half of 2026.
The company plans to list American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "DODC" after filing Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Since its 2022 inception, DayOne has secured more than 1.5 gigawatts of bookings across ten markets, backed by investors including Coatue Management, Hillhouse, and GDS.
