Dayhoff: Dottie Freeman, 80, longtime administrator of the Carroll County Farm Museum

Dottie Freeman, who served for 20 years as the Carroll County farm administrator, died on Dec. 7. Before she retired, Freeman worked for the Carroll County government for 28 years. Many folks also knew her husband, the late Dusty Freeman, who died at the age of 80, on April 29, 2023. Dusty, a Vietnam veteran, was a county building inspector for many years.
