It can no longer be said that Tulsa County residents didn't get a chance to ask their questions about "Project Clydesdale," the name given to a massive data center planned for unincorporated Tulsa County near Owasso.

The Tulsa County Board of Commissioners voted to approve a zoning change for a proposed cybersecurity center called “Project Clydesdale” just outside of Owasso by the Whirlpool plant.
