DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Darlington County deputies have arrested a man the sheriff's office alleges kidnapped and choked a woman multiple times last week. Juelz Lucas was arrested Friday and charged with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and kidnapping. He was booked into the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center and was denied bond.
