TNA Re-Signs Former WWE Wrestler
TNA said Rae is a key part of iMPACT after recent roster turnover, and she confirmed a six-month deal on Busted Open Radio.
On Friday, TNA Wrestling confirmed that Director of Operations Daria Rae has re-signed with the company on a six-month deal. The former WWE star, known as Sonya Deville, solidifies her role on TNA Thursday Night.
Rae left WWE after 10 years in February 2025 when the company declined to renew her contract. Since debuting in January, she has served as an authority figure, frequently clashing with TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella.
Her extension follows recent agreements with talent including Trey Miguel, Tasha Steele, Allie, and former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Rich Swann. All have committed to staying with the promotion.
TNA recently announced two major live events at Temple University in Philadelphia on July 30 and 31, while preparing for the Lockdown pay-per-view on August 23 in Chicago.
Rae previously noted the "passion, heart, soul and pure talent" within the promotion; her continued presence signals stability amid the company's recent "workforce reduction.
