As the first European country, Denmark no longer wants to be responsible for sending letters. From next year on, the state postal service will stop.
It is a serious change to the coming year: the Danish post office will no longer send letters from 2026. Whether the procedure could make school and the mailboxes in Germany will remain empty in the future?
The Danish state postal service will stop delivering letters entirely by the end of December, and will only deal with parcels after that. The decision was made in response to digitalization, which has led to a dramatic decline in traditional mail traffic.
