Daniels Real Estate has enlisted Quebec’s STROM Group to convert a long-dormant pool building and meeting rooms at the historic Lodge at St. Edward Park into an estimated $40 million Nordic spa, a project that would mark the Canadian wellness operator’s first location in the United States.
