QUITO (Reuters) - Ecuadorean President Daniel Noboa appointed Sariha Belen Moya as the new economy minister, replacing Luis Alberto Jaramillo, the government said in a decree on Wednesday.

Ecuadorean President Daniel Noboa named Sariha Belén Moya Wednesday as a new Minister of Economy and Finance, as part of changes in his cabinet after winning Sunday's presidential election for a full four-year term.Moya, an economist who led the National Planning Secretariat, replaces Luis Alberto Jaramillo, who will go to the Ministry of Production and Foreign Trade, according to the government in a decree signed by Noboa.
