Daddy Yankee threw “more gasoline” into the fire of the legal dispute he holds with his ex-wife, Mireddys González; this, in search of the control of corporations El Cartel Records, Inc. and Los Cangris, Inc., which are presided over by the icon of the reggaeton. Now, the conflict climbed to the Federal Court, with serious accusations of computer fraud and damage, against Mireddys and his sister Ayeicha González Castellanos.

In total, the demand demands 12 million to the González Castellanos sisters for the elimination of information from the companies' emails.

El Cartel Records, Inc. and Los Cangris, Inc., companies chaired by Daddy Yankee, filed a lawsuit against Mireddys González-Castellanos and Ayeicha González-Castellanos in the Federal Court of Puerto Rico. The lawsuit included allegations of violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the Stored Communications Act.
