Cyclist falls at railway crossing and is hit by train

A cyclist was seriously injured at a railway crossing on Hulteneindsestraat in Hulten on Monday afternoon. The man crashed into a barrier, fell and was hit by an oncoming train. Several ambulances and a trauma helicopter arrived at the scene. The railway crossing was cordoned off. Witnesses were heard by the police.
