Customer Harassment Ordinance: Local and national governments must eradicate the damage

Local governments are beginning to establish ordinances to prevent customer harassment, in which customers make unreasonable demands on customers. In April, ordinances were enacted in three prefectures: Hokkaido, Gunma, and Tokyo, and there are plans to follow suit.
