Cushing Fire Captain retires
CUSHING — After a quarter of a century, Cushing Fire Department Captain Justin Menser officially retired this past Monday, March 31. He was honored with a retirement ceremony hosted by fellow department members and a plaque of recognition that displayed his captain’s patch and a golden axe. According to Fire Chief Dalton Novotny, Menser has a legacy of dedicated service, leadership, and mentorship.
