Curitiba Residents Receive the Greatest Honor in Brazilian Culture at a Ceremony with Lula

On Tuesday (20), President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and the Minister of Culture, Margareth Menezes, presented the Order of Cultural Merit (OMC) to individuals and institutions of greatest relevance to the sector in Brazil. The award had been suspended since 2019 and the resumption ceremony, held in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), also celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Ministry of Culture (Minc) and the reopening of the Gustavo Capanema Palace.
