The Global Architecture & Design 2025 awards honoured Épicentre-Culturel, an infrastructure that will bring together the Lysane-Gendron Centre for Professional Artistic Creation and the Anne-Marie Alonzo Library in downtown Laval in 2027. In fact, the project qualified as Quebec's largest cultural site has won the first prize under the cultural category for "its bold architecture, strategic positioning and integration into urban life".
