Idaho's CS Beef Packers Recalls Nearly 25,000 Pounds of Raw Ground Beef

  • The CDC lists symptoms including fever, vomiting and often-bloody diarrhea, and FSIS urged cooking ground beef to 160°F and contacting a healthcare provider if concerned.
