Margao: The cross-voting during the election of South Goa Zilla Panchayat chairperson has began a series of suspicions in the opposition parties. The BJP candidate received 16 votes, one more than its actual tally of supporting members. This means either a ZP member from Congress, the Goa Forward Party, or AAP had crossed voted.
