Leon Galindo Camacho, a forgotten hero of Boyacá and Ayacucho, received from Bolivar the title of Liberator in La Paz (1825), coined the first republican coin in Potosí and saved Sucre from the kidnapping of 1828. The Senate already approved to declare him a national hero of Bolivia.
