SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - Black Hills crews were busy on Sylvan Lake Road Tuesday, for a crash cleanup involving a tipped over dump truck. Many crops seem to survive 90 mph wind in Iowa The truck was laying sideways, across the highway, and spilled a load of dirt onto the road.
