Crestview musician wins 2026 Artist of the Year at Grand Ole Opry

He started his music career undergoing medical treatment at Fort Bliss, clapping to a metronome while recovering from a traumatic brain injury. Now, he is a two-time Josie Music Awards Artist of the Year winner. Josh Davis, who has lived in Crestview with his five children for nearly a decade, received Outlaw Country Artist of the Year at the 2026 Josie Music Awards, held Sept. 20 at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.
