EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) - UPDATE: The drive of the vehicle that rear-ended the bus is in stable condition. The crash is being investigated by Georgia State Patrol (GSP). The Effingham County Sheriff's Office is on the scene of a collision that occurred in Pt. Wentworth on Friday morning.
