‘Craigslist’ killer can pursue claim over sexual abuse in Pa. state prison: judge

One of the so-called “Craigslist” killers from Northumberland County can pursue her claim that four staff members at the Muncy state prison failed to intervene or protect her from repeated sexual abuse by a parole agent, a federal judge ruled Monday.U.S. Middle District Judge Karoline Mehalchick in Scranton on denied a motion to dismiss that claim from the suit brought by Miranda Barbour.
