The Dutch company Otjiaha, which allegedly supplied raw materials in the 1980s used by the Iraqi army to produce mustard gas, is not liable for this. The Court of Appeal in The Hague ruled this on Tuesday. The country, then under the leadership of Saddam Hussein, used this banned chemical weapon against Iranians.
