Puerto Rico Police personnel, seconded to the Ponce Drug Division, arrested a couple this morning at the Padre Nazario residential in Guayanilla, following a reported shooting incident on the site. Roberto Rodríguez and Dianeliz Rodríguez were arrested in building 6.
