An 11-year legal tussle between Lampasas Independent School District and Copperas Cove Independent School District is nearing its end. During Monday’s Lampasas County Commissioners Court meeting, members set Copperas Cove ISD’s share of bond debt at $182,000 for the 335.83-acre development to be detached from LISD.
