Prince Edward County is preparing several pop-up events over May to distribute summer passes. The Summer Pass allows residents and taxpayers to park in designated parking spaces near the water-access points at the end of Bakker Road and County Road 20. Pass holders must use the designated spaces close to the water-access point. Those without passes are only allowed to park where roadside parking is permitted, further from the water-access point.…
