Horry County council approved funding for new EMS station and additional school resource officers. The Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach will be getting a new EMS station. The Horry County Council Tuesday night, Feb. 17, gave second reading approval to an ordinance issuing up to $5 million in general obligation bonds to pay for the project.
