Most Landlords Still Profitable Despite Worries over Renters' Rights Act

Landlords remain profitable ahead of the Renters’ Rights Act, according to new research commissioned by Aldermore.  The study found 85% of landlords made a profit from their portfolios, with only 6% reporting any loss.  Despite this, most are uneasy about the coming year.
