The Council of Ministers held its meeting on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Sheikh Al-Ghazali, President of the Republic, and approved a package of draft decrees, which included important administrative and organizational reforms, as well as appointments to a number of public bodies and institutions.
On Wednesday, the Mauritanian Council of Ministers held a number of appointments covering several governmental sectors, as follows: Ministry of Finance, Office of the Minister, Judicial Agency of the State.
